My Beloved Friends,

As many of you know, every year on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, with tears in my eyes, I lay my soul bare before our Eucharistic Lord, imploring his mother—our real founder—to truly touch your heart as you respond.

She knows the amount. Her Son provides that "good feeling."

The Attacks Were a Good Sign!

If you followed my emails, then you know it was a very successful and difficult year for the Mary Foundation.

The evil one hammered me, my family, and our operations—which means we were right over the target as we reached so many new souls...

...while even more Catholics joined our Daily Prayers to Save America prayer movement!

And we're okay. I'm okay. I'm used to it, although spiritual warfare is never very pleasant. I know some of you have experienced something similar in recent years.

It's always worth it. Our Lady sent us the amazing Kevin Lee (and his big beautiful family) to complete Phase One of Treasure in Heaven.

Immediate Results

Kevin and I immediately recruited a handful of other Catholic organizations—including a major publishing house—to participate in the project. This represents hundreds of thousands of potential new workers in the harvest-field of souls.

Stopped Cold in Our Tracks

A hundred other organizations and apostolates would join us tomorrow! Our lack of funds is the only thing stopping us cold at this point.

But most of you don't need a bunch of reasons to donate.

Thoughts I Offer You Every Year

Unlike most people, I never dread asking you for money. I enjoy it because I thirst for souls and know so many of you have loving, generous hearts.

Having been given the honor of meeting or corresponding with thousands of you, I know you truly care for lost souls.

So here are some thoughts on giving in general that I've picked up over the decades:

Money Can't Save Souls Sitting in a Bank

You already know that money is a blessing from God that can be "converted" into tools for evangelization and prayer movements that make saints and save souls.

Whatever you give this year, you have my word that it will be spent wisely and efficiently to give God's grace an opportunity to inspire and influence both saints and sinners.

A Holy Nun: "The Grace That Saves Souls"

A very old nun once told me during an annual Christmas appeal that "the grace that saves souls never comes cheap." Vacations are valuable. Getting a coffee on the way to work is a good thing. Investment gains and asset appreciation are wonderful.

Make a Good Thing into a Priceless Thing

So just imagine the treasure in heaven that will result from converting one of these good things into new people enjoying God's love the way you do.

For example, just a few hundred of you making one dinner at home instead of going to a restaurant and "transforming" that cost into an annual or monthly donation allows us to distribute tens of thousands of tools for evangelization.

Adding a Zero?

It's elegantly simple: whatever the amount, ask Our Lady if she wants you to "add a zero" just for this year when you fill in the online donation box or write your check. (I've done this before and I've grown to love it.)

Pray for a Percentage

This came to me in prayer a few years ago. Consider making a one-time gift that is a specific percentage of your savings or net worth—in the long run, you might never even need it.

The Money Taboo

Few people like discussing money, even if it often barges into our daily thoughts—and it doesn't seem to matter if we are wealthy or poor. It's just how people are wired. Yet Jesus talked about money often. Our Lady has the best advice: "Do whatever He says."

Enter into the Joy of Your Lord

In the Parable of the Talents, the Master rewarded those who earned a return on his money by saying, "Enter into the joy of your Lord."

The treasure God seeks from our financial blessings is the salvation of souls. This is what the Father wants and loves.

That's why it feels so good to make a donation—it is God's joy we experience when we exercise our innate gift of generosity.

You Are Everybody Else

I've been doing this for decades. It's human nature to assume "everybody else" is taking care of the Mary Foundation's financial needs.

As much as I long for every reader to join in, that's not the case.

Just doubling or tripling the number of participants opens up a world of possibilities.

We need around $200,000 this Christmas to keep our doors open for another year, plus we need another $300,000 in 2026 to complete the next phase of Treasure in Heaven, including moving to a larger operations center, recruiting (and supplying) other organizations, and hiring a few specialized workers.

So please, please don't leave it to "everybody else."

You are everybody else.

Without a significant number of new participants this Christmas, we will be forced to delay new projects, lose skilled workers, and could even shut down as soon as next summer. So be the "new guy" this year.

The following are just plain facts:

Your gift will not be a drop in the bucket.

Over the past 34 years, we've received millions in what the world considers "small gifts."

Remember, the Lord sees the sacrifice, not the amount.

So please, take a minute and join the others. (No one ever regrets it!)

The Same Three Things

Every year I ask you for the same three things:

1. Enjoy being generous.

2. Invest in amazing projects like Daily Prayers to Save America and Treasure in Heaven.

3. Impact millions of souls while changing history.

Our Lady has chosen her little Mary Foundation and you to do the crucial, humble, and hidden reparation required for God to deliver America from evil and transform our nation for our children and grandchildren.

I follow the same simple principles she gave me 34 years ago...

We give most of our high-quality materials away either for free or for ridiculously low donations.

We make it easy to pray.

We treat everyone with personal kindness—as individuals.

No other apostolate does the things we do.

Joy in Atonement

Of course, as I wrote above, making a donation can bring divine joy. As a good Catholic, you know this. And even better, "almsgiving atones for sins," our own sins and the sins of our loved ones and nation. (Sirach 3:30)

So I really do beg of you, ask Our Lady to guide you to whatever amount constitutes true self-denial in your own unique situation.

Seven Ways You'll Help Souls

1. A Conversion Tool for Millions

Since the dawn of the Internet in 1996, our CatholiCity.com website has been there for every minute of every day, 365 days a year.

Our dominant position in search engines helps millions of curious or lukewarm visitors find us every year—it's a chance for God's grace to work through our Catholic content, books, booklets, scapulars, medals, podcasts, and services like the Catholic Young Adult Group locater.

2. Heaven Knows

Only in heaven will we see how God's providence works by the Mary Foundation "being there" for seekers. Even as the founder, I see only a tiny slice of the supernatural ripple-effect of our work together. Here's one:

Decades ago, our website sparked the dramatic conversion of a teenage boy in the far reaches of northern Canada. He contacted me personally and I sent him everything we had.

He became a Catholic and then converted his entire family before moving to America to become one of the holiest priests I've ever known—now he is the superior general of a religious congregation ministering to countless people!

I could provide numerous examples just from my area in Cleveland: receiving photos of children born because their parents became open to life, vocations, death-bed conversions, new apostolates inspired by "our" converts, and young Catholics finding holy spouses. One friend of mine started over 150 Eucharistic Adoration events in his diocese.

This is what unleashing your gift of generosity today can do through God's pure grace.

3. A Hidden Rosary Apostolate

With your help we have distributed tens of millions of tools for evangelization.

For instance, we have distributed more Rosary recordings than any organization in human history. Hundreds of millions of Holy Rosaries, Divine Mercy Chaplets, and other history-changing daily prayers have been offered to heaven.

Since 2015 many of you participated spiritually when we physically (and permanently) delivered your intentions to dozens of holy places in Rome, the Holy Land, Fatima, Canada, France, national shrines all over America, and our annual 9-day Immaculate Conception Mass novena.

5. Sanctify and Evangelize

Everything we offer—every book, every podcast, medal, evangelization card, and every webpage—is designed to set believers, the lukewarm, and the fallen-away on fire.

As one ripple effect, there is no way to keep track of all the Catholic children who have been born after their parents converted! That blows my mind.

7. Our Lady's "Little Project"

Our Lady sent you to us. All this miraculous activity happens because she is the true founder of this hidden little project consecrated to her Immaculate Heart.

It was her plan for Father Boughton and I to pin her mantle over America in 2020. She is the reason why this broken-down 63-year-old was able to walk a relic of the True Cross in a geographical crucifix over our entire country with the other Cyrenes for 4,500 miles.

Your participation in that penance laid the foundation for Treasure in Heaven to help millions of believers become saints.

Helping us this Christmas helps the Mother of God's master plan.

Our Lady's Plan: Make America Catholic

I know the idea of converting America into a fully Catholic nation sounds impossible, but I have been shown the simple steps to implement over the next few years. It's completely feasible.

The short version of Treasure in Heaven is to mail Saint Francis de Sales' How to Pray to forty million Catholic and Christian households while inviting them to become saints.

That's around 180,000,000 souls!

Our research shows that tens of millions of people are poised to convert, grow in holiness, and refill our churches and schools—all they need is one invitation.

And many of them will join us in our campaign to secure the divine intervention needed to vanquish the powers and principalities oppressing our country.

Millions will order our materials, reaching millions more!

Remember, most people already believe and pray—they just need a spiritual master to teach them how to pray like a saint. Saint Francis de Sales is that anointed teacher.

Even better, today's unbelievers and Protestants are tomorrow's most effective Catholic evangelists—think of Scott Hahn.

Now imagine millions more of them. The United States will be transformed by 2033, the two-thousand year anniversary of Our Lord's resurrection.

An Ocean of Saints

You already understand that it takes saints and divine intervention to alter the course of history—to transform individuals, families, communities, and whole nations.

When Our Lady recruited me in 1991, I received a vision of a boundless ocean of people converting. Finally, after thirty-four years, I see a clear path to making it happen.

That's why we need to move to a larger operations center, hire new workers, bring in hundreds of other organizations, and teach millions of people how to become saints and evangelists.

Preparing to mail 40,000,000 books will cost a few million dollars. Actually mailing them will cost tens of millions more. I'm not worried about that right now. The plan is solid and the first difficult steps are complete.

For now, we just need hundreds of thousands of dollars and for you to be what you already are—someone who cares about the salvation of souls. It's not often that one donation can lead to such a massive impact on so many lives.

So when you make this year's gift, please be generous.

Our Lady will guide you.
