Who could have predicted five years ago that on the 1998 anniversary of Roe vs. Wade the headlines would be: 'Pope Visits Communist Cuba' and 'President Accused of Felony'? Then there is Norma McCorvey, the "Roe" in Roe vs. Wade, who is now a Christian pro-lifer. Her main theme was that she had been 'used' by the pro-death lawyers and lobbyists for years, but that the Christians she met loved her.
So the world can change; our prayers and good works inspired by God's grace do move mountains. A future headline that reads 'Abortion Illegal in U.S.' is not so far-fetched...
